TextRanch COVID-19 Relief Program

These past few months have been hard. All around the world, everyone has felt the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Things are scary, and we’re all being asked to do things we’ve never done before.

We know that many TextRanch customers are facing an increased need for clear communication as working remotely becomes a necessity in this ever-changing world. At the same time, we’re all feeling a financial impact that means we must choose very carefully where to spend each and every penny.

At TextRanch, we believe in giving back to the community. We want to make it easier for you to keep in touch with your friends and family, and to communicate with your coworkers so that you can get the job done even at a distance.

To help you, we’ve developed a 4-point plan to provide relief for everyone in the TextRanch community. Effective immediately:

  1. We are increasing the number of daily FREE credits you receive until April 30, 2020. Each day, every customer with a registered TextRanch account will automatically receive 2 FREE credits. These credits will refresh every 24 hours.
  2. We are providing a 20% discount on all TextRanch credit package purchases until April 30, 2020. Simply enter TOGETHER20 in the coupon code box at checkout (see details here).
  3. We are implementing a price freeze for all purchases. Although we have not raised our prices in several years, we will lock in the current pricing until at least May 15, 2020.
  4. We are increasing the number of editors available to help ensure your revisions are completed as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience if you do encounter some delays that are longer than usual.
